How I help

I graduated from college in a completely different field than Leadership, Talent and Organizational Development. within two years of graduating, I was 'pivoting' and found myself in the Learning and Development profession. Today, I help leaders, professionals and teams grow beyond their current capacity.

I am a lifelong learner and am consistently hungry to evolve and grow. I do that best through coaching, facilitating individuals and teams. I have a keen eye for numbers and technology and enjoy integrating analysis and ROI into my process for the purpose of progress.
